About Me
Alex has been involved with Inc. Consulting since its inception. She worked alongside Emma earlier in their careers at Michael Page, where she entered the recruitment industry as a graduate in 2010 and went on to become a Director in the Leeds office. During this time, she built a strong and trusted network across Yorkshire and became known for her commercial instinct and ability to lead high-performing teams.
In 2017, Alex stepped away from recruitment to set up her own business outside the industry. But when Emma began building Inc. Consulting in 2019, Alex was the first person she approached. She played a key role in setting up the business, offering the insight, challenge, and perspective that helped shape its early direction.
Today, Alex remains closely involved as a Non-Executive Director, providing independent oversight and strategic guidance. She brings clarity, objectivity, and a balanced view to decision-making - helping ensure the business grows in a way that stays true to its values.
